Breaking News !🗞️ 🔔 Got an actual read of my max heart rate!!! ❤️ 184 bpm. Calculating using standardized formula had me pegged at 179.
Updated this in my Erg Data profile and now all my recent rows show me almost entirely in Zone 3, where I’ve felt I always was 🥳
This HIIT piece was my best of its kind yet 🚀
Felt powerful the whole time and got some good, consistent fast splits. Anytime my mind started to wander into judgement about the difficulty, I switch back to focusing on my exhales at the catch and finish. I can choose to feel powerful and access my power, or I can choose to feel tired and slack off, rationalizing that I’ve done my best.
