This was amazing 🤩 and SO HARD 🥵. Hit a new max heart rate ♥️⚡️

Done this interval piece several times but this time I actually paced it out and set some pretty aggressive targets.

I definitely struggle finding a good rhythm at rate 16—was all over the shop in the first interval.

Rate and pace bump from set 1 to set 2 felt extreme, but totally worth it.

Found myself watching the pace boat 🚤 a lot, esp when I noticed I was slipping below my split target.

Final 1-min sprint target was too much this time but a great stretch goal.

Great workout for pushing my edge 🚀😛
