😆 Fun experiment to test power output and stamina to gauge my 2K capability.

Yesterday was a rest day. Began piece after dynamic stretch and 5 min warmup.

Slayed 🤺 every one of my split tart gets 🎯 nailing a faster split almost every time. I almost felt sorry for the pace boat 🚤 😂

Conservative estimate is a clean 6:30, but if I can average my final split time, that would be 6:21.4 😳

Will test again in 7 days, reducing rest time to 1:30, then again 7 days later with 1 min rest.
