Wins 🤩:
- Best split: 1:33.6
- Beat my best pace last week by 2.3 seconds (interval 4 of 6)!
- Kept an upbeat and non judgmental attitude when it got hard, just focused on my breath
- I knew by the end of the 5th rest that I’d given too much too soon
Found my edge by crashing 💥 into the wall on the final set with 200m from the finish 😔 Legs went on strike 🤷🏻♂️
Wondering 🤔:
- Did my warmup tire me out?
- Can I get my rating up into the mid 30s?
- Last week I did this after a rest day, prob made a difference
