Really like counting down the meters instead of minutes. Feels faster somehow.
Got a little bored about halfway through but focus on technique got me interested again.
Kicked it up for the last 1500m, and found plenty of power without exceeding target rate.
Butt started hurting just over half way through. Maybe seat pad? Or erg shorts?
