This feels like the new normal. Aimed for a constant SR 🎯 and chose to hold progressively faster splits, without exceeding training zone more than 20% of the piece.

Ramped up the pace for final 2.5k and held at around 1:59/500m.t

Sweaty hands started slipping a bit on the handlebar. Butt didn’t ache nearly as much as last 18k piece and started later too.
