4x 1k Pace Test ⏱️
Couldn’t finish 🥵 Got in two good sets, but the legs couldn’t take another thrashing so soon after leg day.
✅ Still, this brought some very good insight as to a possible race pace for 1K.
- definitely had fuel left in the tank for a harder go than I managed in set 1. Might push for a start pace of 1:38, then drop to 1:36, then a final all out for the last 300m 🤔
