Planned a really great race, stuck to it, never once got caught up in mind games. Just kept to the plan. Stayed a little bit faster than all of my targets.
Big change: moved my foot stretcher up one notch, which completely eliminated lift off from the seat. Could immediately feel a more direct transfer of power through heels to core and up!
Really chuffed right now 😁
