15km to 1,000,000m on C2 Logbook 😛
Held at upper limit of aerobic zone (about 2:10/500m split) until final 15 mins or so, then ramped up to 1:52/500m. Constant sr20. Passed many, got passes by a few. Hard to remember who’s who on this 2K loop haha 😆
No rests make it hard on the butt. But the pain went away for the final 20 mins.
