Set my target pace and 1:50/500m SR 20.
Race starts (5/5/5) gave a little wiggle room by getting me a couple lengths ahead of the pace boat 🚤
This was hard. Basically high strength leg drives non stop for 10 mins per set, no chance to slack off.
Then with three mins to go, ramp up to sr24 as hard as possible. I tried for 1:40/500m and this was not sustainable on second set.
When those 15 strokes were over, it was really punishing to realize there were still over 2 mins left to go.
Was supposed to be 3 sets long, but cut short due to time constraints ☹️
