Back is feeling better today, few little niggles. Really keeping an eye on technique. Tried keeping a higher stroke rate throughout with success. Feeling like my strength and stamina is getting better. Put damper setting up 0.5 to 2, although it didn’t change the drag factor at all so will increase it 0.5 tomorrow.
