brutally hard shit. potentially because it's late in the day, I didn't eat anything today or much last night, etc. in any case kept close < 20:40 throughout most of the whole thing. even though that's barely under the split of last one, it was much harder going. (says something in favor of actually a more u-shaped splits table, doesn't it?) truly feeling the misery by the –2,000 mark. noticeable sideaches by the –1000m mark. barely surged at the end. afterwards, couldn't really move or function properly.
