Round 1: Row 30min / 3x (20 push-ups, 10 dumbbell curls @12.5kg ea, 10 Axe swings @45kg)
Round 2: Row 20min / 2x (20 push-ups, 10 dumbbell curls @12.5kg ea, 10 Axe swings @45kg)
Round 3: Row 10min / 1x (20 push-ups, 10 dumbbell curls @12.5kg ea, 10 Axe swings @45kg)
