Pretty happy with this work out. 6 rounds of 4 min rowing with 4min rest, during rest periods would do 20 pushups, and 10 reps @ 30kg Bicep curl bar.
Interval 3 looks really bad, but during the Round 2 rest period helped the person next to me fix their technique, but didn't realise it ended up going 40sec into my time for interval 3, and couldn't make up the time and distance hence the lower number.
But I was happy that overall I still managed to do over 6km
