Happy to be in this group - I am now discovering there are at least a dozen or so 60+ ers in my area that belong to this group. Very cool!
I was a college rower and have continued to be very active in fitness most of my life. The longest row I ever did was this year on my 61st birthday - 61,000 meters! Not sure I will ever do that again. Goal this year was 1,000,000 meters but after joining the Diamonds and seeing people do 500,000 in a month I will have to up my game.
