Multisport person, including swim, bike, run, paddle boarding, kayaking, weight training, bodyweight training, heavy boxing bag workouts. Type 1 diabetes since 2003, but it is tightly controlled and well managed through combination of diet, medication, and exercise. I rowed in high school at Oak Ridge, TN for several years and was subsequently a member of Oak Ridge Rowing Association as a young adult for a year or two. I don't own a rowing machine, but use those at Gold's gym where I have membership.
