5k in intervals, just to see how it is going. Not rowed or a while, not up for it and prioritised spring sunshine over gym. Hoping to get some good session in before likely 4 weeks of no rowing. Hoping to build some stamina and good habits for the new rowing year. I am so disappointed with myself and this weak year of rowing. ☹️
