Rowlympics 08 - First ranked 10k! Couldn't prepare for a faster pace, so set a goal of "stay under 53:20 (2:40). Breathing ok, HR not through the roof, really happy with that. Bit of shoulder ache halfway, but that went., legs bit tight and oh **** my butt. Felt fine straight after and the days after. No aches.
