This was done at Momentum Fitness in Tallahassee - it was pretty rough. Humid outside but no fan in the bike room today. Got out too quick and faded a bit, but rallied the last 2000m. Swtiched my cleats back to the drilled midfoot mount as the 10 week plantar tear/fascitis that made me quit running and start back riding was getting worse with forefoot cleats so lost a bit of power I think over my last timed piece. This was harder than my 295w hour a few weeks ago for some reason - I think because I didn't have fan maybe.
