Keen Crossfitter for the past 8 years, desperately trying to hold off old age! 2023 has been challenging with severe back pain since January (wear and tear unrelated to Xfit), unable to exercise at all or walk more than a couple of hundred yards from May onwards. A long spinal op in mid August has given me a 'miracle' cure and I'm now on a mission to get fit again with my new rower!
