First 1k too high split/rate, should have kept to T+2s/r24. Hanging on beyond 2.5k, start of final 1k definitely overdid it - potential hyperventilation as HR cross 204bpm - and had to back off and settle.
Feel like execution was around 6/10, feel as though there was a reasonable opportunity to take a second off time, but maybe not possible for sub 18:40 at current ability.
