First workout after a week off from rowing. I have a bad habit of sprinting during the start which gasses me in the long run. I maintained a pretty good stroke rate and a decent split. I jumped up to 2:36 at one point but my avg split was seconds below my goal of 1:15. Overall hard but good workout.
