AM----SB----Oddly done----Started with goal of 2:07.5 pace and speeding up by 0.1 sec every 500m----Halfway through 3rd 500 felt it was too hard and thought to settle of any improvement on the 21:55 of last month----Began rallying in the final 2km and surprised myself with a fast last 500m to actually hit my original goal----Happy with the result
