AM----Goal: 5K at 22spm (Strapless) in 2:07.3 or better----Bailed out at 1K, too pooped. Probably too big of a jump up to 12 workouts this week from the 5 or 6 per week recently----Better than last Saturday anyway, when I woke up so blah that I didn't work out at all.
