Have a 2010 model D with PM3 bought for my crew member son back when he was in HS. I”ve always been a bodybuilder but I need more aerobics in my life! Super strong but aerobically challenged. I am upgrading January 31, 2024 to a PM5 controller to up my game and hopefully add some motivation.

* Having knee surgery March 26, 2024 so I’ll be out of commission and slow for a bit after that!
