Everyone on Row A Million has an athletic mental toughness that is mind boggling and very motivational to me. I did 82,000 meters once; some do it every day. 20,000+ will keep the arthritis away!

More I do the better I feel. Enough said.

If you Skierg, look up James Hall on YouTube. His efficiency video transformed my technique. My first year was done totally wrong. I am now using 50% less effort using his technique. No more ice packs!
