Almost everyone listed on Row A Million, starting at the top, has an athletic mental toughness that is mind boggling and very motivational to me. I did 82,000 meters once; some do it every day. 20,000+ will keep the arthritis away!

Why 5 million+ meters only?
It's a goal. Like Concept2's 5-million-meter club. You're not in until you do 5. You have to do 5 to get in. Then you get a shirt.
Row a Million is for people that want to do 5M+ in a season, you have to do 5 to say you did it. Without getting a shirt.
