I started rowing in March 2024 in my younger year's I played soccer basketball baseball moved onto triathlons. A little bit of weightlifting and boxing in my middle years. I got into some CrossFit competitively and some local 5K and 10K running races. now that my body is beat up LOL I row 5 to 6 days a week, and I love it. I also love being a part of this concept 2 organization.
