I'm a former swimmer who now lifts weights in her basement. I wanted more cardio and have used Concept 2 rowers in the past via CrossFit. Decided to take the plunge and buy my own. Looking for training partners for motivation and a little competition, but I'm still gaining cardio ground at this point.
