Keeping fit, and testing myself are my main interests, to achieve this I train most days, using various disciplines. Preferences Rowing, Running, Skipping, Biking, Swimming. Use weights/ Kettlebells for circuits.
I live by the coast and enjoy walking and easy running along the beach, sounds perfect, but being on the east coast, really cold in winter.
