I feel like I pushed too hard in the first 500m and may have exhausted myself a bit too quickly, but I still think I did well and set a good pace trying to maintain 80% intensity until the last 250m. Then I went all-out and my legs started to cramp, which was odd but still pushed hard. I can only closely compare this row to a 2,024m on May 14th, 7:07 drag factor set to 161. This is my best row yet for 2k I believe.
