Used different damper settings. In order I used: 10, 6, 8 and 8. This was meant to be a threshold workout and it felt harder than it should have been. Was the power too high? Was four rounds of ten minutes too many at this point? Did the first round cause too much fatigue that carried over to the later rounds?
