FTP test! Damper 5. Held 300W for 5 mins. Was maybe 302W by the half. Confidence established by that point and very slowly upped the power, hitting an average of 306W with two or even one minute to go. Then upped to 325W range for 30s then 375+W for final 30s. Very happy with this result! Would i have done better on damper 4.5 and higher rpm? That's for AI to decide.
