warmup 1k damper 2 aiming to get heart rate to 120. lol failed. next time push harder or use damper 4. then 3x 1k intervals on damper 4 with slow 500m rest. Decided on the fly to shoot for 1:55/500m pace. No pace or hr goal for rest. Then 2.5k cooldown aiming for 125 to 130 hr. Solid workout. I think it checks a lot of boxes.
