Zone 2 cooldown was too hard. Tried to maintain 120W at hr 120 to 130 and that had me stopping top often. Drooped to 110W then 100W with the same issue, so stopped altogether. All at damper 4. Perhaps warmup should be 1500m as hr still didn't hit 130 goal and would have felt rushed if I had.
