that one deffo felt like you hadn't worked out and had spent a week in italy eating and drinking. was okay, could be better could be worse, lungs felt a little heavy and had spent the day moving boxes, so felt a little flu filled so it is what it is. go again tomorrow am after some porridge and coffee taking it easy.
