A few years ago I completed a three-week beginner introductory rowing program with the South Georgian Bay Rowing Club. Although temporarily sidelined by some injuries, the experience sparked a new passion for water sports and has become a cornerstone of my functional recovery.
Im a novice kayaker, newly minted rower, and bicyclist who enjoys the gym. I'm focusing on strength, mobility, and injury prevention to support my outdoor activities.
