When I was almost 70, I started rowing. Just to do something for my cardio fitness. Now, almost 2 months later, I understand why there is that sentence in the affiliation I am a member of: "The older we get, the more competitive we become!" It is not only a competition with others, but also a great and addictive competition with myself 😊
I try to do a morning workout of different distances every day, then some short distances in between during the rest of the day.
