Nearly 20 years ago, I owned a Concept2 and loved the sense of achievement it brought. After selling it, I always missed that feeling - until recently, when I bought a new Concept2.

Over the past 10 months, rowing has helped me lose 35 kg and gain a level of fitness I never had before. It feels amazing to rediscover this passion!

In addition to rowing, I’m a big fan of Zwift, the indoor cycling platform that turns training into a game. It’s super motivational during the winter months and keeps me engaged when I’m off the rower.

Year-round, I also enjoy exploring the hilly woodlands on my gravel bike. Combining these sports has transformed my body and boosted my overall health.

A huge source of inspiration for me is Josh Crosby from Apple Fitness+. His workouts and coaching style push me to reach my best every day.ve truly motivated me and are helping me reach my best.
