I'm getting back to consistently rowing and loving it. Hoping to get close and exceeding my previous personal record (PR) of a 1:41 500M in my 50's. A sub 1:50 would be a good start (1:48.3 done in August) . I will be focusing on longer distances at this point of my life. I no longer do CrossFit but I do weight train twice a week.
I have a Concept2 model B I've had since about 2000. I never used the logbook until this year when my PM 1 or PM2 finally died and I bought a PM5. Completed my first recorded million miles on the Concept2 logbook. I recently bought a 10 year old Model E and love it.
