I'm married with 3 kids who are 8,6 and 3. I enjoy being active by working out and playing sports. The last 2 years i have started to compete in firefit. I have had a rower for 3 years now but started to row much more regularly the last few months and followed a peogram to improve my 500m time. I found it to be a great tool to prepare for the conditioning aspect of Firefit as I have a goal to compete it in under 100 seconds this year.
