First try at 10K to see how I felt, had trouble with socks, blisters on back of both heels, need to figure out shoes, pacing at 23 spm was comfortable for distance, need to improve on technique, hydration at 5K, and maintaining pace at 2:14 or slightly faster. Good first 10K , next week set up as timed distance for baseline 10K for training. Damper set at 3 which seemed to much cardio, move up to 4 for 10K time trial next week.
