It’s been a long time since I’ve got back into fitness and Rowing. I used to row a long time ago so now I’m making my challenge to get back on top again.!

I’ve had a distal biceps repair knee operations on both knees and shoulder ops so it’s pretty much a miracle. I’m actually sitting on a river at the moment. at all !
