I'm a runner who has completed 20 42.2 marathons and qualified for Boston 18 times. I've never touched an erg or oars before December 8, 2025. In my 20s I was a bike racer (cycling). My aim in starting was to fix posture and improve my core and upper body strength but I've discovered that I'm really enjoying the erg and seeing results in the data.
