Started rowing on March 6 2026, 2 days after my 88th birthday. Which, on my birthday I leg pressed 888lbs at 88 years old.
Now onto rowing, I do ride a Recumbent trike for about 2-2 1/2 hours a day. Ride after my rows right now.
Would love to have a Skierg but on SS and can’t afford it right now.
Looking forward to rowing into my 90s. Working on times to compete. Still learning a lot about rowing, lot more to learn than I thought.
