I'm a bit disappointed in my energy levels here, some to do 20 5K then thought half marathon and thought one hour then thought maybe I could hold at two minutes per 500. Managed to do that pass for 30 minutes, heart rate wasn't that high, but energy just quite isn't there. Model D, PM5 at home
