i "warmed up" for first ten minutes. took a 2 minute breather. then worked out steady for ~11 minutes. damper 5/6. then i bumped up to 10 for 2 mintues, then finished with damper at 8. i definately feel more of the pull when the damper is up. i think i will keep it up to keep it up.
