Pushed it a little bit harder this time. Back still OK. Did curls, overhead press ups, and mini-squats with 20 lb. hand weights. Also, 3 X 30 situps, hamstring stretches, 12 sec. planks, and 8 mini-pushups. I've lost a lot of strength over the past year.
