4:55 PM This was going to be only 10K, but I have a meeting on Tuesday so I decided to go for 20K. I started at a low rate with not a lot pressure, but then got into a swing that was mesmerizing and led me to applying more pressure. I kept it up even though my left butt hurt like hell. Shifted my weight to the right a little as I rowed to give myself relief. Kept doing 30's to keep up the intensity. Meanwhile the 49ers were losing to the Eagles. Finished the piece at full pressure. When I finished my arms tensed up and flinched uncontrollably. I guess I may have gone a little harder than I should have. Must have been endorphin shock of some sort. This was really good.
