Much better this afternoon. No butt pain. The double Jelpad works the best right now. Kept moving throughout and bumped it up a bit at the end. Did a good deal of hamstring stretching after rowing.. HR is averaged at 102. I suspect that my Garmin belt is trying to be kind. It was really low at the beginning.
