I followed this up with basic stretching and calisthenics. A little bit of weights. I find that I need to do more of this. There's too much WOD that I have been doing. My stretching is difficult. My calisthenic repetitions are very low and my ability to handle the weights is not as as good as it used to be. Time for me to make a change.
